Release or Informed Consent Forms (online or paper) are required from all non-SCC curlers using our ice facilities.

These events include:

• Bonspiels
• Member / Guest Ice Bookings
• Practice Ice - Non SCC Curlers
• etc. 

Please ensure that all participants in your event complete either the Release Form or Informed Consent Form:
