You can change your password after logging in to the SCC website.

1. Go to Member's Home >> Member Information >> My Information.
2. Choose Update Your Profile.
3. Open the User Info tab.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Click Update near the bottom of the page to save it.

You can update your email address after logging in to the SCC website.

1. Go to Member's Home >> Member Information >> My Information.
2. Choose Update Your Profile.
3. Open the User Info tab.
4. Enter your updated email address.
5. If prompted, enter your current password.
6. Click Update to save your changes.

Use the Forgot Login page to request a new password. If you have forgotten both your username and password, recover your username first.

1. Click Forgot Login? on the Member Login section.
2. Select the Lost Password option.
3. Enter your SCC username.
4. Enter the email address associated with your SCC account.
5. Click Send Password.
6. Check your email for the newly generated password.
7. After logging in, you can change it using the steps above. [web:131]

Yes. New members need an SCC account before registering for membership.

1. Create your SCC account if you are new to the club.
2. Wait for your account request to be approved.
3. Log in to the SCC website.
4. Go to the membership page and begin registration when registration is open. [web:126]

Usually, no. Returning members should try logging in first and use account recovery if needed.

1. Go to the Log In page.
2. Use Forgot Login if you need your username or password.
3. Only create a new SCC account if you are new to the club or have been instructed to do so by SCC. [web:115][web:126]

When membership registration is available, it appears at the top of the membership page after you log in.

1. Log in to your SCC account.
2. Go to the membership page.
3. Check the top of the page for the active registration link.
4. If registration is not visible, it may not be open yet. [web:126]

Membership registration is seasonal, so it may not always be visible on the site.

Use the Member Search option in the Members Menu to look up member contact information.

1. Open Member Search from the Members Menu.
2. Enter your search criteria, such as part of a last name.
3. Click Search.
4. Review the list of matching members and their phone numbers.
5. To send an email, select the checkbox beside one or more members.
6. Click Email All Selected.
7. Enter your subject and message, then send your email. [web:131]

You can manage your spare availability from the Member Information area on the home page.

1. In the Member Menu, under Member Information, select My Subbing Availability.
2. Choose the league or leagues where you are available to spare.
3. Optionally select a preferred position.
4. Click Save.
5. Return any time to update your availability. [web:131]
